The tangled mess this tag implication hierarchy is aside, these qualifiers are out of order.

rename kage_no_kuni_no_maitoukai -> kage_no_kuni_no_butoukai
The word "舞闘会" is coined from the word “舞踏会 (ball)”.
It is an old play on words, replacing the word "舞踏会" with a homonym.
An old example I know of is Urusei Yatsura.
Moroboshi Ataru was invited to a masked ball(仮面舞踏会) by Mendou Ryouko. But in reality, they were to wear masks and fight.(仮面舞闘会)
I don't know if this is the origin or not. It is also used in the names of Ensemble Stars!, Kuroshitsuji, and a Japanese band's name.

Yeah this tag was one of my least confident romanization efforts. If it helps the NA translation is "Land of Shadows Battleground Blitz".
This seems like the best thread to get Fate tagging experts' opinion... is the Saber outfit revealed for the Honkai: Star Rail collaboration (post #9246544) unique or an existing costume? And if unique how should it be tagged / implied?
There's just a handful of posts right now but I'd be astonished if there aren't lots more to come.

I also checked the official website (JP), but there was no furigana written.
I know this isn't the right place to say this, but thank you for enriching Fate's posts and wiki.

Looks like a new one. Should be implied to the Saber (fate) tag, but I wouldn't know what to call it. saber_(honkai:_star_rail)_(fate)
feels like the most straightforward option if not aesthetically upsetting. I don't know shit abt honkai star rail lingo so if there's an equivalent to servant classes that might feel nicer as a qualifier? That or see what fanartists nickname it.
Archer's costume (post #9246654) is also a new design.

I think the closest would be the character's 'Paths' in HSR gameplay which would give us saber_(destruction)_(fate)
and archer_(hunt)_(fate)
but I think that would be pretty unclear to anyone who wasn't deep into HSR.
I'll just go with (honkai:_star_rail)
as the qualifier for now and we can always rename them if a better name emerges. Thanks for your advice!

create implication archer_(honkai:_star_rail)_(fate) -> archer_(fate)
Collab costumes, as discussed above.

While we do have three prior precedents for the Path option, I was suggesting on Discord that we use the setting for the identifier in case it might be a challenge to Fate-specific fans/viewers unfamiliar with HSR's gameplay mechanics.
Thus we'd have saber_(penacony)_(fate)
instead (ditto for Archer).

I feel like (penacony)
would be almost as impenetrable to non-HSR-players as the Path names. In the absence of official names just qualifying with the copyright seems like the clearest option to me.
But I don't feel super-strongly about it.
The H:SR qualifier seems best to me, immediately understandable what the source of the outfit is. (destruction)_(fate) or (penacony)_(fate) would follow the ash_(ranger)_(rainbow_six_siege) trend I suppose but I think just using the 'source' of the outfit is best.

What trend? That has nothing to do with her in-game class (as that'd be Sniper, not Ranger) and everything to do with the fact that it's a skin she got in that game. None of the R6S characters that have appeared in Arknights have tags for their default appearances in that game, they're just paired with Arknights.
