remove the implication to the base iri tag so it isnt double implied. this is also a silly extra level of implication for what is essentially a costume tag

Shouldn't this use the (mother) qualifier, or is there a particular reason why it's mom?

It probably doesn't matter, Ritsuka and the game script just calls her 母. I think type-moon wiki uses Mom and that's what I call my mother so… tagger bias lol. (chapter not out on NA so no official TL)
