rename morigan_raven -> morrigan_rufei
I would like to bulk replace the "morigan_raven" tag with the "morrigan_rufei" tag.
The reason is that the character's name is incorrect.

I was a bit confused on why you were trying to rename a tag that didn't exist to one that did until I realised that you manually added the "fixed" character tag to the posts first. Please don't go ahead and add tags ahead of a BUR as "replacements" like this ETA: in case it's wrong or disagreed with because then that would make the edits wrong and they would have to be undone; the BUR will take care of updating posts accordingly.

The Fandom wiki lists her name as Morrigan Rufei. Do the downvoters have evidence that it's wrong?

I personally wouldn't consider a barebones, poorly-maintained Fandom wiki as an "official localisation", especially given that ルフェイ is how "le Fay" tends to be written. Though with the lack of separation between ル and フェイ, perhaps leFay or Lefay would be more accurate?
Apparently this game had a global version. Unless you have the game and post a screenshot, I'm going to assume the wiki is accurate.
