More easier for people to type out her English name

Plutia is already aliased to Pururut, so if people search for plutia they'll get results for pururut. Don't know enough about this to say whether or not the English name is preferable as the main tag name though.

I always thought the Neptunia series should have English aliases as the main alias, but that's just my opinion.

Characters like Plutia and Peashy (among a few others) have their Japanese names as main alias, so do the game titles (like Shin Jigen Game Neptune Vii as an example). But the series qualifier is _(Neptunia), which is based on the English titles.

So like... I do support this BUR theoretically, but I would want the other character names + game titles changed too.
