1. Both tags' wiki descriptions amount to rephrasings of the same concept.
2. open bikini has only 4% the post number of untied bikini.
3. untied bikini top and untied bikini bottom already exist as de facto sub-tags of untied bikini.

This seems reasonable to me.
I would even say we could deprecate untied bikini in favor of the bottom and top tags. An untied bikini top is pretty different from an untied bikini bottom.

Yeah, I always wondered why untied bikini exists alongside the untied top and bottom tags.
This will require users to perform a two-tag search to look for this classic trope. Just because some users want to search specifically for the top or the bottom doesn't mean nobody wants to search for both. Also, there's probably cases where the framing of the post makes it ambiguous as to which half of the bikini is untied.

What trope are you talking about? And a bikini bottom being undone is a lot different from a bikini top being undone.
I also just realized we have undone_bikini too.

The trope of untied_bikini in general. I can very easily imagine users not caring whether it's the top or the bottom, just that the bikini is in some state of looseness. I'm not against untied_bikini_top and untied_bikini_bottom; they seem like good tags.
Also, thinking about it, I'd hesitate to call post #9349372 or post #9381887 open_clothes.
