remove alias long_ears -> pointy_ears

These are not the same thing. When I realised this was a "utility" alias, I also realised I'd mistagged hundreds of long rabbit_ears posts with pointy_ears because of it.

Perhaps this isn't a good tag name if it has more than one "obvious" (to different people) meaning. It could be better off as a disambiguation wiki (assuming the OP BUR happens).

(I made a sloppy starter wiki page to satisfy the BUR requirements. It should probably be reverted if this doesn't go through and polished if it does.)
