MTG Ulity Alias

BUR #43892 is pending approval.

create alias magic_the_gathering -> magic:_the_gathering

For some reason it doesn't show up in results without the colon.

It does, it's just buried under a whole tags qualified without the colon. Looks like we have a mix of tags qualified with (magic:_the_gathering), (magic_the_gathering), and (mtg), if anyone wants to submit a BUR rectifying that.

BUR #44138 has been approved by @evazion.

rename miara_(magic_the_gathering) -> miara_(magic:_the_gathering)
rename gallia_(magic_the_gathering) -> gallia_(magic:_the_gathering)
rename dina_(magic_the_gathering) -> dina_(magic:_the_gathering)
rename mishra_(magic_the_gathering) -> mishra_(magic:_the_gathering)
rename sliver_(magic_the_gathering) -> sliver_(magic:_the_gathering)
rename urza_(magic_the_gathering) -> urza_(magic:_the_gathering)
rename freyalise_(magic_the_gathering) -> freyalise_(magic:_the_gathering)
rename daria_(magic_the_gathering) -> daria_(magic:_the_gathering)

Renaming these tags so they have the : in the qualifier and to improve searchability for the copyright (forum #370457).
