That's their dress from the Charlemagne no Montjoie Kishidou! Craft Essence Cyrano de Bergerac (post #9096152 post #9096156). They were playing a character from the play (i forgor her name) and Bradamante also plays the character at one point, hence the shared dress. Could be named after the CE or the character they're portraying. Gimme a minute to check the scripts for who the woman is. ETA: pretty sure it's Roxane.
