Change "ki" from artist to a normal tag

Messed up when creating artist and ended up changing the ki tag to a artist type.
I don't know how to change it back, so I'm requesting a reversal from the artist type to a normal tag type.

I changed it back to general, but artist entry won't go away so easily.
