I have a question

https://twitter.com/hirori_5/status/1654173058687434781

I put this link in the upload bar, the system says it doesn't contain any images.
So shouldn't I upload it? or is there any other way

This isn't the right thread for this, but the tweet can't be uploaded because the account's tweets are protected, meaning only approved followers can see them. In this case you can upload the image using the direct image URL and then change the source to point to the tweet after uploading.

To make sure you upload the biggest available size you can use https://qsniyg.github.io/maxurl/, just enter the image link there and try from top to bottom until a link works, then use that link to upload to Danbooru. Don't forget to change the source to point to the tweet after uploading.

This post by gelbooru, the image in the original twitter link has been deleted by the artist, but I really want to upload this image to danbooru. What is the solution?

Danbooru supports uploading from Gelbooru now so you can do that. Please don't use this thread for things other than asking for post bans, make a new thread or join the Discord and ask there.

Posts from banned artists uploaded as part of recently created pool #20167

You should not have done that, since from a legal standpoint, such official art, regardless if it's scans or not, were game assets whose copyright belongs to the game and the publisher, not the artist. Also, there would be no way to look on this site what the charas actually look like (without forcing them to go to gelbooru or sankaku).

We've been hands-off about the "don't ban official art" thing for months because we're too chicken at pissing off the affected artists when they start seeing their works on this site again, but the lesson has to be driven home like a stake to the heart: they don't own the works they made for another copyright.

This is the first I've heard this, and it sounds terribly unrealistic, going against established tagging behavior of the userbase at large. Are you suggesting that official art should be tagged differently than unofficial art? That artist tags should be suppressed on official art, even when the artist is known? Even when the artist is named directly in the image itself? Even when tagged artist request?

But they drew the artworks. Were the artists intentionally not tagged to circumvent the bans?

Edit: typo.
