Don't come in this thread to spread misinformation to other users. Just because you personally don't like the way we've been handling it doesn't mean you get to come here and tell people they're doing things wrong. If you don't like it then open a new thread about it and see what the admins have to say.

Sorry, you didn't quite understand.
When I uploaded this art last time, after adding more links to this artist's other sites, the corresponding banned artist tag appeared.
I asked to remove it to avoid problems - it's my fault for not checking all links to this artist.
Now the tag is gone for some reason, but yes, it is a banned artist, I have no reason to lie.
