Given evazion banned it, it was probably a DMCA takedown.

I see that this fanart got uploaded post #6632321 and I was wondering... isn't artist iumu banned or suppose to be? If I go through all their pages, you can see the notice 'page has been removed because of a take downrequest' on all the five pages. It made me wonder if they isn't a banned artist anymore or if the tag 'banned artist' got accidentally removed from their page.

If an artist tag does not imply banned artist then it's not a banned artist.

The file linked is from a YouTube community post anyone can access. It seems like the membership-exclusive one is is in fact a different variant of the wallpaper (see this tweet, the left and right images are different), so post #6668378 is fine.

When I do a search, unless I'm mistaken, I'm getting many empty pages where their works were stated to be taken down by a request. What's going on there with that artist?
