Hello!
I would really appreciate feedback on these unaccepted submissions:
Why they not approved?
Your feedback can help me get better.

Thank you in advance!

The images are too low quality, although quality is subjective the images aren't particularly well drawn (lacking detail and other things) so that's why they weren't approved.
Try to keep that in mind next time you upload.

I'm not sure if it's because I linked the Pixiv source where the artist posted a watermarked version of the image, and that I posted an unwatermarked version I got from the artist that this image is still not approved. Not to mention that they were of the same, if not better, quality than the previously approved work of this artist.

There were some western spacecrafts in the queue that I wasn't interested in and thought it was more of the same, I'm not a fan of the shading either so I skipped it, but it looks in line with the monster card. I approved the post now.

EDIT: The md5 mismatch notification might impact, I think it's better to point to watermarked versions of commissions somewhere else instead of the source field.

Alright, thanks for advice and approval.

The amount of upvotes is irrelevant when approving images. Even really poor images can get alot of upvotes, while very good images like scenery most of the time gets no upvotes at all. It only depends on the quality of the image and if at least one approver likes it enough to approve it.

I got one-upped

Question solved.

In all seriousness, the pixiv version is preferred when you upload something due to it having a larger resolution and file size compared to a compressed twitter upload. Try looking at the artists pixiv (if they have one) in the future in order to avoid getting one upped again. It doesnt matter who uploaded the image first. The higher quality one is always going to be the parent post.

However, why are there so many parents posting content in danbooru is just an image on Twitter and pixiv respectively
They can pass and I can't understand what's wrong with my upload

It's the second time you guys are ignoring the rules, post #6391618 and post #6392718 are parent post, but post #6391618 is earlier , can you get some snacks to check. It is also a standard post, why should my post be treated so perfunctorily

People usually don't approve inferior copies if a better version is already up. Unluckily someone with unrestricted uploads posted a better version before yours went through the queue and I personally wouldn't approve that post anyway.

I talked about this weeks ago from forum #243339 to back.
