Hi guys! I'm new here. I am an artist and uploaded 4 of my pictures from pixiv here. Only one of them got approved eventually. I am wondering what am I doing wrong? Maybe picture quality?

I posted these posts in order to bring Angelic Layer to life. For me, these pictures are decent, but for Danbooru they are not, either they put up fake information, or they don’t want to evaluate. And I drew these drawings myself.

Danbooru's essence is archiving curated anime style illustrations, while linking them to the artists, providing searchability with tags and striving for high quality art. It's been removed from the guidelines, but self uploading isn't encouraged, it's better to upload to actual art platforms such as Pixiv, dA, ArtStation or even social media if you're looking for criticism and publicity.
I'd say except for Misaki's face in post #6150130, the body of the characters in the posts look amateurish. Some parts of the line art are too uniform, line weight looks the same, colors are too flat and the fingers on the open hands are glued together.

Artists tend to be biased towards their own creations, which is why uploading your own art is not recommended. Danbooru is a curated site where other people upload your art if they think it’s good enough.

Danbooru is an image gallery for anime-styled art and art of anime-styled copyrights. While other art styles do get uploaded and approved sometimes, they’re not the main target and many users consider them off-topic. Western-styled (toon) art of western-styled copyrights rarely gets approved and I recommend not uploading it.
I'd like to know why post #6421451 wasn't approved (I think I may have accidently uploaded a 720p or lower quality rather than the intended 1080p, but I need confirmation), in addition to post #6388349 when the others were approved, and why post #6423880 hasn't been approved yet.

I personally believe the greyscale drawings and the general design of the postcards are great, but I understand that's just my opinion and so I've come here again to ask for feedback. Any advice appreciated.

Can anyone tell me why post #6423016 was deleted? An approver said something about not wanting to approve flat line art, but a quick look at the lineart tag shows thousands of such images on the site.

Don't quote me on that but from what i understand, even if lineart posts can get approved, they have a lower chance of being approved on average than greyscale or flat color because it still depends on approvers actually liking the post
I thought this was an interesting animation with great style.

Yes quite a few pieces by artist here, except quite a few of them are deleted, and outside of that, quite a few were uploaded by unrestricted users
