Pointless Pools

pool #1988 - Deepthroat gold!

We had this pool before and it was nuked. It seems like the same guy made this one. (similar phrasing "help motivate artist to the rare and sexy image.") It seems like people would get the hint if a pool of theirs was deleted, but not this guy. I've asked this before, but is there a way to revoke pool-making privileges?

For the record, it used to be pool #1527, which somehow survived and became "alternate kanji readings". Aren't deleted pointless pools supposed to be removed entirely and show up as 404? Re-using (or hijacking) of pool numbers like this is confusing and may just give the users the impression that something glitched.

pool #2061 "For pictures of supreme and elegant beauty"

Seems like a favorites pool containing mostly the various charismatic Touhou characters.

pool #1962 "Atunuri pictures"

I don't think this one is pointless, but if this drawing style can be clearly defined so that everyone knows with certainty if a picture is atunuri or not, then wouldn't it be better if this was a tag instead of a pool?

Deleted it. Or someone did anyway, can't remember if it was me.

I started forum #46584 for feedback.

Pretty much just a favorites pool. There's no real criteria as to what should go in the pool and what shouldn't, and half the posts aren't even that great.

I've been meaning to do something about that one. Deleted.

There's a sweetsnake tag as well.
I don't know if one of these should be kept, but both the tag and the pool seem pretty pointless to me, they can be covered by searching for chibi, genderswapped Metal Gear characters.

If this is an established meme then I guess it's okay. But there's no wiki explanation of where the term came from.

"SweetSnake"

I have no personal opinion about it. Just for reference, there is a description.

From Pixpedia article: SweetSnake

"Sweet Snake" is a general name for the official moe-nized versions of Metal Gear Solid 4 characters, created under the supervision of the Metal Gear Solid series art director Shinkawa Youji . It is also a tag placed on illustrations using that art style.
The four characters announced were Old Snake, Hal Emmerich, Raiden, and Liquid Ocelot, and rather than a true personification or some type of genderswap they are intended to be "female fans of the characters doing cosplay."
They were created as part of Konami's collectible figure series "Figumate," as a limited edition mail order only model.
This is one of the reasons why Konami is often said to be "crazy...but in a good way."

These figures went on sale as a four figure set on 12/11/2008. The illustrations on the packaging were drawn by Chibisuke Machine.
Konami's order page is here.
