I think the Approver name needs to be removed. maybe that will encourage them to approve more or vote for bad quality instead of doing nothing

I have the same problem as yours seems like we are under the mercy of the approvers' whims
the first chibi of Aria you posted while the art style is not for everyone is still well drawn and should have been approved imo
not attacking anyone. I get why quality control is a thing and appreciate the work done here but I think the approver name needs to be removed
if the quality is bad they vote for that if it's good enough it gets approved.
Maybe a system where if art gets 5 votes from approvers it gets approved immediately if not then after three days if more approvers voted bad it gets deleted
no need for names
